In the event that there is a conflict or question concerning your online booking, I will contact you personally to refine or make adjustments.Online Booking is open Tuesday through Saturday. We also offer occasional Monday appointments typically on postal holidays. Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice (emergencies and illness exempt) you will be charged not less than 25% of Full Services of your appointment.

Service Originally scheduled that you choose to forgo Day Of appointment are subject to 50% service fee.

This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged Full Service(s) price for their “missed” appointment. GlossGenius notices you for all appointments, Confirmation at 72 hours prior and Reminder 24 hours prior for your convenience.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, or canceled, in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If your Stylist is running behind they will make every effort to inform you in advance. Out of respect and consideration to your Stylist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
